Batman rapped the gavel.

Murmurs were stifled when Aquaman thumped his trident.

“Good news,” Batman said. “We’ve a pregnancy announcement from …”

Howling laughter cut him off.

“Congrats, Wonder Woman,” Green Lantern hooted.

“Ha!” Wonder Woman retorted. “I haven’t been with a man in 300 years.”

“That explains a lot,” Flash murmured.

“Sorry. Hawkgirl …?”

 “It’s HawkGIRL!” she snapped. “Babies, men, gross.”

Aquaman’s trident pounded.

“To finish,” Batman said. “The announcement is from the Avengers. Gamma rays … who knew? The Hulk’s due in three months.”
